Zero Touch Portal Setup - Error 403 on login
Hi,
My reseller has set-up an account linked to a corporate Google account. When I try to login to https://partner.android.com/zerotouch using that account I get a "403, The account doesn't have permission to see this page. Contact your admin for access or use a different account." error.
My reseller has confirmed the account is set up and is using the correct email address. Who do I need to contact to get this resolved?
Thanks

Are you sure, you created a Google account for the mail-address being used for login?
Just asking as i don't see any statement about this from mattm (and maybe israil as well) but it's required. So the zero-touch reseller can only add your mail address to the portal but you need to have a Google account assigned to that mail address to be able to sign in to the zero-touch portal.
If that's the case i recommend for your zero-touch reseller to reach out to Google via the partner portal to investigate into it further.

Yeah, this is likely an error with the account being used to access the portal. If the customer is trying to access the portal with the Google account that has been applied to the profile and it's still not working - I might suggest trying it in incognito mode and seeing if that works - just in case it's applying a different Google account you have saved or another email entirely. Just an idea, but if the access should be good, then it might be worth giving it a try.

Lizzie I am facing the same issue, even after trying in incognito mode. I have an account with '[email protected]', which I created by following the Zero-touch documentation, but the error still persists.
Please provide a better solution, this is urgent

Hello mattm,
Welcome to the Customer Community.
We've recently launched a new Customer Portal for Zero-touch (you can learn more about this here), so that might be why you are getting the error message. Here is the new link: https://enterprise.google.com/android/zero-touch/customers/
Can you see if this works for you? 🤞
Thanks,
Lizzie

Hello Lizzie, this link is still not working for me. I'm enrolled with Verizon in the MDM program and have followed all steps. Please help, is there a contact number that can help trouble shoot?

Lizziehave you been able to solve this problem? Any other information?
From our side we have exactly the same problem. We created a new customer on Zero Touch Reseller portal. However, the customer is getting "403, The account doesn't have permission to see this page. Contact your admin for access or use a different account.".
When we created the new customer on the portal, the primary account it was not yet created for Google, not sure if the problem comes from there.
Of course, the customer is trying to navigate through: https://enterprise.google.com/android/zero-touch/customers/
What can be done on these cases?
Please, advise.Regards,
